POSIMED
Privacy
How we handle business inquiries.
Who operates this site
PosiMed is operated by Fundy Tidewater, LLC. For privacy questions or requests concerning your business inquiry, contact [email protected].
Information you provide
The business inquiry form collects your name, practice, specialty, work email, and optional phone number. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential services for your practice.
Do not enter patient information, claim details, or other sensitive information. This website is not a claim-intake portal.
How inquiries are processed
The form sends your information through Formspree to PosiMed's Google Workspace inbox at [email protected]. Formspree processes submissions, filters spam, sends email notifications, and archives submissions under the Free plan's 30-day dashboard retention. PosiMed handles inquiry information to respond and manage follow-up.
Retention and requests
Our policy is to retain inactive business inquiries for no more than 12 months after the last inquiry-related contact, then delete them from the inquiry records we control. This is a retention policy, not an automatic deletion feature. It requires manual review and deletion.
Formspree's dashboard retention is separate from retention of emails in Google Workspace. Vendor logs and backups may follow different retention periods, and deleting an inquiry from active records does not mean immediate deletion from every vendor backup.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify the request before acting. Records associated with a subsequent service engagement are handled separately under the applicable engagement arrangements.
Website technology
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect its services.
The website does not include analytics or advertising scripts, and the inquiry page does not save field values in browser storage. Service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver their services and prevent abuse.
